Sustainable London, Local Fox Cider
New work from a major new personal project that I’ve been shooting over the last month - Sustainable London.
Inspired by the people and communities working in sustainable charities and small businesses across London and the South East, the project aims to showcase the interesting and innovative ways that people are working towards a less environmentally damaging future for the food and drink industry.
The first part of the project features charity The Orchard Project who produce Local Fox Cider - a sustainable small batch cider made from windfall apples that would otherwise go to waste….
